We are looking for you to fill our position as a product development officer. You will be working with our small energetic team to ensure the smooth running of our platforms and others to be released.

As our product development, you will:

Identify a market need: Identify a problem and create a product to solve that problem by talking to customers, completing surveys and using market research.

Quantify the need: Determine if the problem is large enough to warrant a product-based solution and if the customers are willing to pay for this solution.

Conceptualize the product: Apply creativity and innovation to figure out whether the product could be the solution.

Validate the solution: Test whether the solution product is viable, worth pursuing and liked by the target users.

Build a roadmap: Identify goals and themes for development and solve the most important challenges to legitimize the product concept.

Develop the product: Create a minimum viable product (MVP), an initial version that has only enough function to meet its customer's purpose.

Release to users: Conduct experiments with the MVP to gauge interest, test price sensitivity, find marketing channels, create a message and develop packaging.

Ongoing feedback: Collect customer feedback to continue expansion and enhancements, keep growing the product roadmap and set new strategic goals for the product.

You will work independently but communicate effectively with the team. The position is a part time position (Work from home). You will be responsible for your data subscription and Internet connection.

Work hours required: 6 hours daily x 3 days a week (No weekend). You will be reporting and be assessed by your manager to ensure you are available when necessary.
